Astringent, firm, clearly vegetable and also somewhat herbal fragrance with yellow fruity aromas, a hint of yeast and plenty of minerality. Dense, rather juicy, not completely dry looking fruit, fine, lively acidity, lots of grip, delicate nutty-yeast notes, persistent on the palate, good depth, clear minerality again, compact structure, still young, very good, firm, juicy finish with vegetable aromas.
