Firm nose, prominent green vegetal aromas, herbaceous and delicate peppery notes, restrained yellow and green fruit, prominent mineral notes. Very firm, tart fruit on the palate, green vegetal, light yeasty notes and a hint of tobacco, persistent and concentrated, very elegant acidity, restrained, integrated tannins, persistent, good depth, prominent mineral notes, peppery traces in the background, floral traces, hint of dark berries, slightly creamy, touch of olive oil, very good firm, tart finish.
