Cool nose, light floral notes, light yellow fruit and mineral notes, yeasty traces, hint of dark berries in the background. Nutty, yeasty and light buttery notes on the palate, hint of bacon, moderate acidity, vegetal notes, light earthy notes, mushrooms in the background, sweetish and creamy, also has light grip, mineral traces, still young, delicate spice and floral traces on a good to very good soft finish.
