2014 trocken "Servator", Pfalz, Germany

Slightly nutty and undergrowth scent of more red than black berries with a little cherry, foliage and floral and delicately spicy tones. Preserved red berry in the mouth, quite juicy, crumbly tannin, certain warmth and sweetish enamel, fine bite, certain persistence, floral to tobacco tones, salt and a little herbs in the background, some toasting, very good, quite juicy finish with ethereal nuances and again some bite
