2017 Walsheim Silberberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken insomnia, Pfalz, Germany

Cool nose, prominent green vegetal notes, peppery traces, yellow and green fruit, light mineral notes in the background. Clear, fairly cool, polished fruit on the palate, slightly off-dry, tart vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, elegant acidity, light tannic touch, good persistence, hint of black berries and floral traces in the background, elegant grip, prominent fresh vegetal and some mineral notes on a very good, fairly juicy, delicately sweet finish.
