Recht saftige Frucht, nicht ganz trocken, feine Säure, mittelkräftig, mit gutem Fett und schöner Würze, am Gaumen sehr mineralisch, ziemlich nachhaltig, glasklare Sortenart, lang. Gewinnt an der Luft noch an mineralischer Tiefe.
