Saftig und lebendig im Mund, harmonische Säure, gute Substanz und Struktur, mineralische und leicht hefige Würze am Gaumen, florale Anklänge, mittlere Nachhaltigkeit, guter, würziger Abgang. Mit sehr viel Luft kompakter, straff und betont mineralisch, gewinnt an Länge.
