Translate to English Komplexer und tiefer, noch süßlich-hefiger Duft nach geriebenen sehr reifen Äpfeln, Steinobst und süßlichen Kräutern mit intensiven mineralischen Aromen. Dicht und saftig im Mund, noch recht unruhig, reife Frucht mit viel Kräuterwürze, präsenter, sehr feiner Säure und etwas Kohlensäure, sehr nachhaltig am Gaumen, intensiv mineralisch, fester Bau und gute Tiefe, aber auch verspielte florale Nuancen, noch kaum entwickelt, komplex, langer Nachhall. Legt an der Luft über Tage zu.
