Feinsaftige, nicht ganz trockene Frucht im Mund, kräuterige Würze und ein wenig kandierte Nüsse, lebendige, feine Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, etwas Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, mineralische Anklänge, recht guter Abgang.
