Feinsaftige Frucht mit kräuterig-pflanzlichen und hefigen Noten, lebendige Säure, nussige und speckige Nuancen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, wieder auch Mineralik, noch etwas gedeckt, rau und antrocknend, nicht ganz passende Süße, gewisse Substanz, florale Spuren, recht guter, etwas rauer und einen Hauch medizinaler Abgang.
