Translate to English Kühler, fester, noch etwas wilder, sehr mineralischer Zitrusduft mit Steinobstnoten, etwas Apfel sowie kräuterigen und zart floralen Nuancen. Klare, geschliffene, ziemlich saftige Frucht, nicht völlig trocken, viel Biss am Gaumen, lebendige Säure und ein Hauch Gerbstoff, nachhaltig, ziemlich mineralisch, etwas Kandis und pflanzliche Töne im Hintergrund, Heidelbeeren, etwas Griff, noch jung, sehr guter, saftiger, kühler Abgang mit zarter Süße und herben mineralischen Tönen.
