Translate to English Unruhiger, hefiger, auch kräuterig-vegetabiler und recht deutlich mineralischer Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen und zart floralen Aromen. Feinsaftige, süßliche, unentwickelte Frucht, viel Hefe, feine, lebendige Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, etwas floral im Hintergrund, ziemlich nachhaltig, aber auch noch ein wenig gedeckt, salzige Mineralik, hat Griff und Biss, sehr guter Abgang. Derzeit nicht antastbar.
