Vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, intense mineral notes, citrus and stone fruit, floral and peppery traces. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, light grip, elegant acidity, yeasty notes, concetrated and persistent, more fairly intense mineral notes, hint of sugar candy in the background, good depth, vegetal traces, hint of bacon, still young, more yeasty aromas and floral traces, prominent mineral notes on a very good, juicy, sweetish, grippy finish.
