Klare, kühle, feinsaftige Frucht mit kräuterigen, hefigen und mineralischen Tönen, leicht rauchig-speckig im Hintergrund, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, erdige Noten, guter bis sehr guter, wieder recht kühler Abgang.
