Very firm, deep, complex nose, vegetal, herbaceous and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, intense dark mineral notes, also has mussel shells, yellow spice and a hint of caraway. Very concentrated ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty and spicy notes, hint of tobacco, cardamom and mustard seed, ripe, lively acidity, noticeable tannic grip, persistent and deep, compact structure, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, tremendous dark mineral foundation, mussel shells, hint of algae, sage and verbena, very firm core, complex, slightly oily, long, concentrated, tart, juicy finish with dominating mineral notes. A monument that requires many years of maturation.
