Nutty, yeasty and light herbaceous notes on the nose, elegant yellow fruit, delicate floral and prominent mineral notes. Ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty and delicate yeasty notes, very elegant acidity, persistent and gripping, slightly spicy, fairly prominent tart earthy and salty mineral notes, very good tart finish.
