Delicate yeasty and light nutty notes on the nose, light vegetal notes and dried herbs, pomaceous fruit, hint of bacon, light chalky and floral notes. Youthful, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, still has prominent yeasty notes, delicately creamy, touch of spicy oak, very elegant, lively acidity, light grip, fairly persistent, integrated tannins, still very slightly astringent, some sugar candy and fennel in the background, salty and chalky notes, good to very good, slightly sweetish finish.
