Cool nose, light yeasty and prominent vegetal notes, fairly tart citrus fruit, floral traces. Fairly juicy, delicately sweet fruit on the palate, vegetal and spicy yeasty notes, medium-fine mousse, good substance and persistence, some sugar candy in the background, fairly creamy, also has some grip, fairly prominent mineral notes, very good, juicy, slightly spicy finish.
