Slightly nutty and tobacco aroma of ripe red berries with a hint of pepper, black berry nuances, a touch of dried flowers and some wood. Clear, tart, relatively firm fruit, some bite and fine tannin, slightly nutty, tobacco and smoky-woody nuances, salt in the background, good persistence, smoky and peppery nuances, very good, tart finish, again with salt, smoke and fine bite. Now in top form.

Editor note: Translate to English Zart röstiger und tabakiger, auch ein wenig animalischer Duft nach roten Beeren und einem Hauch Cassis mit getrocknet-pilzigen und erdigen Aromen sowie deutlicher Mineralik. Recht fest gewirkt im Mund, eher helle, feinsaftige, herbe Frucht, leicht speckig-nussige Holztöne, etwas trocknendes Tannin, etwas nachhaltig am Gaumen, wieder erdige und getrocknet-pilzige sowie etwas vegetabile Aromen, etwas bitterlich und salzig, erst nicht allzu tief, gewinnt aber über 2 Tage an der Luft, herber, wieder leicht trocknender, mit Luft zunehmend feinsaftiger Abgang.
