2015 Müller-Thurgau Landwein Pur, Germany

Murky, hazy orange colour. Yeasty and vegetal notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit, nutty, earthy and wilted floral notes, hint of fresh paint. Fairly juicy firm fruit on the palate, partly bruised pomaceous fruit, yeasty, herbaceous and light nutty notes, noticeable sandy tannins, persistent and with a firm grip, slightly astringent, but also mouthwatering, lively acidity, yellow spice in the background, particularly cucurma, earthy and salty traces, slightly sandy again on a good to very good tart, juicy, spicy finish.
