2015 Liaison, Germany

Slightly cloudy ruby garnet. Slightly tobacco-spicy scent of red and a little black berries with spicy and moderately woody notes, floral nuances, some lacquer and some mineral notes in the background. Cool and elegantly juicy fruit, slightly tobacco and still yeasty notes, somewhat nutty and hint of old oak on the palate, fine, mostly mature tannins, delicate acid bite, has a grip, again a hint of lacquer, mineral notes hinted at in the background, a little drying and slightly sharp finish . Loses with air.

Best to drink: Ende 2017 bis 2019+. What our ratings mean
