Cool nose, prominent vegetal notes, light yeasty notes, yellow fruit, some almonds, light mineral notes. Clear, tart, slightly juicy fruit on the palate, nutty, yeasty and vegetal notes, very elegant, fairly lively acidity, touch of candied citrus fruit, hint of yellow spice, some grip on a good to very good, very slightly astringent, tart, juicy finish.
