Hazy yellow-gold colour. Nutty and yeasty notes on the nose, touch of yellow spice, integrated, mature pomaceous fruit, hint of tobacco, mineral traces. Tart, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent nutty aromas, touch of yellow spice, prominent yeasty notes, floral traces, delicate touch of acidity, integrated tannins provide grip, good substance and persistence, light chalky and salty notes, hint of tobacco, some grip on a very good, tart, juicy finish.
