2007 Blauer Spätburgunder trocken, Mosel, Germany

Slightly volatile, somewhat cooked red berry fruit with delicate spicy tones of undergrowth. In the mouth with soft, also slightly cooked and blurred berry fruit, hints of green apple, some undergrowth and herbs, very discreet tannins, delicate acid bite, not too much substance, decent finish.
