Slightly vegetable and nutty fragrance with reserved pome fruit notes and light earthy-mineral notes. Ripe, very slightly melting, tart fruit with nutty, somewhat vegetable and again earthy-mineral notes, very fine acidity, good substance and persistence, a little salt, delicate touch, good to very good, polished, mineral and still yeasty finish with tart juice
