Wine Review Report :

Wein-Plus rating: Very good (86 WP)
Last reviewed: 14 May 2019
Editor note: Slightly muted nose, light nutty and earthy notes, yellow fruit, floral and vegetal traces. Ripe, creamy, fairly sweet fruit on the palate, nutty and light vegetal notes, some caramel, moderate acidity, touch of integrated tannins, good substance and persistence, some buttery caramel, hint of tobacco, fairly prominent mineral notes, the residual sugar tends to blur the contours somewhat, good to very good, slightly warm finish.
Best to drink: To 2021+
In addition to Mittelhaardt-Deutsche Weinstraße one of the two areas of the German wine-growing region palatinate; look there.
