Editor note: Tart, firm, fairly deep nose, light vegetal and earthy notes, black berries and sour cherries, herbaceous and light meaty traces. Tart, dark fruit on the palate, becomes increasingly juicy with aeration, smoky and nutty notes, touch of coffee grounds, fine, sandy, slightlyastringent tannins, light acid bite, touch of caebon dioxide, delicare sooty traces, some bite, meaty traces on a very good, tart, fresh, juicy finish.

The growing area is located in the state of Baden-Württemberg Germany, The vineyards cover 11,461 hectares of vineyards, which are between the Lake Constance and the valley of the Tauber below Rothenburg (Taubergrund).
