Translate to English Fester, sehr kühler, herber Duft nach Paprika, Zitrusfrüchten, etwas Staudensellerie und grünen Beeren mit feinen getrocknet-kräuterigen Nuancen, etwas Holunderblüte und mineralischen Tönen. Recht konzentrierte, saftige Frucht mit feinen pflanzlichen Aromen, einer Spur Hefe, Kandis und Holunder, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr feine Säure, hat Schmelz, aber auch viel Schliff, florale Nuancen, gewisse Wärme, gute Tiefe, noch wenig entwickelt, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
