Translate to English Fest, tief und kühl in der Nase, hochfeine grün- und gelbfruchtige Aromen, kräuterig-pflanzliche Töne, Zitronengras, grünem Pfeffer, eine Spur Holunderblüte, Cassis, ein wenig Hefe und deutliche Mineralik. Konzentriert, intensiv und fein zugleich, herb-saftige, geschliffene Frucht mit floralen Nuancen, schwarzbeerigen Aromen, etwas Hefe und nussigen Spuren, hochfeine, lebendige Säure, tief und nachhaltig am Gaumen, elegant, dabei mit merklichem Griff von mürben Gerbstoffen, im Hintergrund Bergamotte, deutliche, herbe Mineralik, sehr guter bis langer, wieder ziemlich griffiger Abgang. Meisterlich.
