Tart nose, still closed, prominent vegetal and light earthy notes, very restrained cool yellow fruit, yeasty notes, green peppers, light mineral notes, very delicate traces of flowers and black berries. Dry, delicately creamy fruit on the palate, nutty and yeasty aromas, elegant, lively acidity, integrated tannins, light vegetal notes, good persistence, salty and peppery traces, still slightly rough, slightly creamy, lsightly noticeable warm alcohol on a good to very good finish.
