Editor note: Clear, cool nose, prominent vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, whiff of elderflower, earthy and mineral traces. Light-bodied, elegant, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, lively, very elegant acidity, fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of elderflower, good persistence, polished, mineral notes in the background, good to very good finish.
