Cool nose, elegant herbaceous and floral notes, light, polished yellow fruit, hint of dark berries, fairly prominent mineral notes. Clear, firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, delicate yeasty notes, light vegetal, herbaceous and nutty notes, very elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, peppery traces in the background, more fairly prominent mineral notes, still quite young, very good, juicy, gripping finish.
