Editor note: Cool, polished, fairly deep nose, elegant vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate yeasty traces, light yellow fruit, floral notes, noticeable mineral notes in the background. Firm, polished, elegant, juicy light fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, yeasty and floral traces, full-bodied, but also shows finesse, slightly creamy, good substance, persistence and depth, prominent mineral notes, hint of bacon in the background, still young, very delicate spicy traces, very good, long, firm, juicy, mineral finish.
