Firm, distinctly vegetable, somewhat oniony aroma of dried yellow fruits and honey cucumbers with some yellow spice and nutty hints. Dry, somewhat developed fruit, again clearly vegetable notes, somewhat oniony and matching acidity reminiscent of mustard and honey cucumbers, has a touch and substance, slightly phenolic on the palate, also mineral, certain bitterness going into the medicinal, very individual style, good to very good finish.
