We consistently practice near-natural viticulture with the long-term goal of cultivation. The selected grape material is processed with the greatest possible care in the newly built press station. About 40% of the wines are traditionally fermented and/or aged in wooden barrels with a volume of 115 to 6,000 litres. The vinification is carried out without oenological intervention, low sulphur use and the use of fining agents, stabilisation and in some cases filtration. The red wines ferment on the mash and are aged in large wooden barrels or in , depending on the type of wine. The white wines are stored for a long time on the full yeast. Around 220,000 bottles of wine are produced annually. The winery is a member of the associations Rheinhessen Wein, Generation Riesling and Slow Food.
