Light yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, restrained yellow fruit, elegant vegetal aromas, floral traces, hint of mushrooms, fairly prominent mineral notes. Firm, bone dry, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, noticeable acid bite, yeasty and prominent vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, chalky and salty mineral notes, persistent, light grip, very good, firm, tart finish.
