Very slightly hazy yellow gold to orange colour. Yeasty notes, some yellow spice, partly dried flowers, partly candied stone fruit and orange zests, light nutty notes. Clear, tart, yellow fruit on the palate, light smoky, nutty oak, prominent yeasty aromas, earthy notes, fairly prominent fine, sandy tannins, persistent, gripping, salty traces, good to very good firm, tart finish.
