Light nutty, vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, smoky, earthy and mineral traces. Clear, straightforward, elegant, juicy, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, light nutty notes, delicate vegetal and herbaceous aromas, some fresh salad cucumber, good substance and persistence, light salty notes in the background, hint of sugar candy, pleasant to drink, good to very good, fairly juicy finish.
