Light, very slightly hazy yellow colour. Firm, tart nose, yeasty and prominent green vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, light earthy and floral notes. Fairly firm, tart, yellow fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, light nutty oak, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide fine grip, good substance and persistence, still young, earthy and mineral notes in the background, hint of bacon, some depth, very good finish. Still needs some time to mature.
