Delicate vegetal and floral notes on the nose, light yellow fruit aromas, touch of celery, herbs and a hint of bacon. Verysweet fruit on the palate, light touch of radishes, floral traces.elegant, lively acidity, good persistence, hint of honey in the background, salty traces andchalky notes, very good finish.
