Intense nose with candied pomaceous fruit, citrus fruit, herbs and spices and prominent peppery notes. Ripe fruit in the mouth, very creamy, elegant acidity, herbaceous notes as well as some more pepper, good concentration and persistence on the palate, a touch of honey, delicate mineral notes, good finish.
