Translate to English Herber, etwas getrocknet-pflanzlicher und erdiger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, gewisser Mineralik und ein wenig Suppenkräutern. Reife, etwas schmelzige und recht saftige Frucht im Mund, lebendige Säure, zarte Kohlensäure und etwas Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, leicht gewürzig, eine Spur Heilkräuter, salzige Mineralik, hat Biss und Griff, noch ganz leicht rau, sehr guter Abgang mit zitrusbetontem Saft und kühler Mineralik.
