Elegant vegetal notes on the nose, delicate yeasty and nutty traces, pomaceous fruit with a touch of stone and citrus fruit, herbs, earthy and mineral traces. Ripe, juicy, fairly polished fruit on the palate, cool vegetal and herbaceous notes, still very slightly yeasty, lively, elegant acidity, full-bodied, good persisitence, noticeable alcohol, herbaceous traces, some sugar candy, mineral notes in the background, floral traces and some yellow spice, slightly sweetish on a very good, fairly juicy finish.
