Editor note: Firm nose, prominent green vegetal notes, hint of bacon, restrained yellow fruit, floral and peppery traces, tart mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, fairly sweet fruit on the palate, light acid bite, smoky, yeastyand vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms in the background, floral notes and candied nuts, good substance and persistence, noticeable high alcohol, salty notes in the background, vegetal, mineral and spicy notes on a good to very good alcoholic and noticeably sweet finish.
Best to drink: To 2022+
