Prominent green vegetal notes on the nose, yellow fruit, light peppery and floral notes, hint of bacon. Creamy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, dried herbs, green vegetal aromas and floral notes, delicate tannic grip, good persistence, noticeable warm alcohol, hint of black berries and floral notes on a good to very good, sweetish, juicy finish.
