Tart nose, prominent vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas. Ripe, creamy,fairly sweet fruit on the palate, some sugar candy and a hint of butter caramel, elegant acidity, moderate tannins, noticeable warm alcohol, spicy notesw, some dried herbs in the background, light mineral notes, very good, sweet, vegetal, alcoholic finish.

Ripe, partly preserved and candied, slightly lemony fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, touch of yellow spice, light bite, moderate tannins, floral notes, good persistence, hich alcohol, touch of lemonade, light mineral notes, good to very good finish.
