They are planted with the white varieties Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Scheurebe, Kerner and Auxerrois, as well as with the red varieties Portugieser, Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, St. Laurent, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is consistently practiced a controlled natural, environmentally friendly viticulture. Grape processing is very gentle. Fermentation and aging of white wines takes place in stainless steel tanks. The red wines are developed after the mash fermentation mainly in large wooden barrels. It also produces noble distillates, vinegar, grapeseed oil and grape juice.
