Clear nose, fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, light earthy and mineral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, still delicately yeasty, nutty notes. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, licvely, very elegant acidity, light nutty, yeasty and mineral notes, persistent, delicate herbaceous and floral traces, some bite, medium body, elegant style, appealing spicy touch, vegetal, earthy and mineral notes on a very good elegant, juicy finish with light nutty notes. Excellent and versatile partner with food.
