Firm, yeasty, nutty and floral aroma with red berry aromas, very fine spicy tones, a hint of herbs, bacon and mineral hints. Clear, polished, fine-juicy fruit, nutty, yeasty and floral aromas, very fine acidity and delicate grip, certain minerality in the background, herbal and spicy traces, elegant style yet persistent and with some depth, very good, fine-juicy finish with hints of light nutty wood.
