Firm and deep, clearly vegetable, somewhat dried-floral, herbal and slightly mushroomy scent of candied yellow fruits with a hint of roses and nuances reminiscent of acacia honey. Ripe, concentrated, very sweet fruit with acacia honey and some caramel, fine acidity, has grip, persistent on the palate, certain depth, very slightly red berry in the background, hints of cinnamon and sage, chalky-mineralic and again clearly green-vegetable tones in the again very sweet finish. Has unfortunately lost some tension and does not quite reach its form of 2 years ago.
